The Colonial Donates to Rehabilitate the Cuale

Representatives of the new development The Colonial Puerto Vallarta held a reception at the interior design studio DECO Designers, where they gave a donation of $500,000 pesos to Marina de los Santos, director of the Instituto Vallartense de Cultura, for the rehabilitation of the Cuale River Island, the project to begin in January 2020.

With this donation, The Colonial Puerto Vallarta fulfills part of its project to promote the revitalization of the destination through different projects that promote art and the conservation of iconic spaces.

Because of its location in the 5 de Diciembre neighborhood, this condominium will offer the opportunity to have a closer experience with the residents of Puerto Vallarta and Mexican culture. In addition, it will have the advantage of being a few steps from Camarones Beach, as well as different commercial establishments and local restaurants.

The Colonial Puerto Vallarta is a 27-apartment condominium developed by Ariel Grunwald, designed by architect Paulo Rojo and marketed by Domus Fine Real Estate.

“We want to show new options to experience Puerto Vallarta with the flavor of Mexico more present. Our best way to do this is to support those who live in the area, through actions that contribute to improving the city, because before doing any activity, you must first start with the common good.” —Ariel Grunwald, developer of The Colonial Puerto Vallarta.
