The Agency, a real estate agency based in Beverly Hills and focused on luxury properties, opens its second office in Banderas Bay. The new office, located in the Loft 268 commercial premises, on Venustiano Carranza street in Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone, is led by two prestigious real estate veterans: Alejandro Aldrete and Warren Brander.

About this new chapter for the company, president and co-founder Billy Rose says, “We are very lucky and are growing very fast, thanks to the alliance we have established with professionals like Alejandro and Warren. Both have strong roots in the Puerto Vallarta community and stand out among the best in the business. We hope to continue increasing our footprint in the region, as well as in other parts of Mexico.”

Since its launch in 2011, The Agency has expanded to more than 20 cities in the United States, Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean. Currently, it has more than 500 agents worldwide. About two years ago, the brand ventured into the Punta de Mita market and now seeks to consolidate its presence throughout the bay.

CEO and co-founder Mauricio Umansky notes, “Mexico is a country where we continue to see a strong demand for luxury vacation properties by international buyers, as well as interest in residences designed exclusively by a brand, as well as new developments. We are very proud to represent the first One&Only residences in the world, located very close to Puerto Vallarta, and we want to continue expanding our portfolio and contributing to the community.”

“Since the launch of The Agency in Punta de Mita two years ago, we have become one of the most sought after and respected companies in the area’s real estate sector. I look forward with great interest to the developments that the opening of our second office in Banderas Bay will bring.” —Alejandro Aldrete, real estate agent of The Agency.
