Fred has over 22 years experience in all aspects of Real Estate. Formerly with Coldwell Banker Trails West Realty in Santa Fe, New Mexico where he was a certified Luxury Property Specialist as well as commercial broker and subdivision developer. Fred has 12 years experience selling Real Estate in San Pancho and surrounding areas. Fred has done the majority of property subdivisions for owners after the regularization process was competed and built roads and infrastructure projects in San Pancho. Fred is active in the Mexican Real Estate Association, AMPI, and is on the honors and justice committee of the association.

Chris brings 20 years of experience as a Realtor. Before relocating to San Pancho, he was associated with Re/Max Lake Arrowhead for 11 years. Most of his Real Estate experience has been in resort areas. He understands that buyers are visiting the area with a limited amount of time to devote to property searches, so he specializes in having the right information available to help them to achieve their goals.
