Real estate agency Applegate Realtors held a cocktail party to celebrate the start of construction of AVIDA Residences, its latest project, with 94 units located in Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone.

Broker Moray Applegate, agent Pedro Robin, aA arquitectos Asociados del Pacífico director Paulo Rojo and developers Karen Malacara Bustamante and Fernando Castro welcomed real estate professionals from various companies, clients and other special guests in an installation on Francisco I. In an interview with Vallarta Real Estate Guide, Robin spoke about the characteristics of the property, which seeks LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the US Green Building Council, with construction projected to be finished in the summer of 2020. “AVIDA Residences will be a very special contribution to the city. Among the project’s amenities are underground parking, lobby with central patio, two-story fitness center, two elevators, reading room, game room, business center, terrace with semi-Olympic pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ area, bar, lounge with firepit, hammocks and water mirror.

“From the commercial point of view, at Applegate Realtors we think about offering a differentiated product to avoid price competition. AVIDA is aimed at a specific market; it is an inclusive project that aims to bring its residents closer, so they can make friends and share time together.” —Pedro Robin, Applegate Realtors agent.
