The National Association of Realtors (NAR) has officially introduced its new CEO. As of this month, this organization that unites professionals from all sectors of the industry and is affiliated with several brokers and real estate agents of Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit will be led by Bob Goldberg, a long-time member of the association.
Goldberg replaces Dale Stinton, who has held office since 2005 and retires after serving the NAR for 36 years. Prior to this new position, Goldberg served as NAR senior vice president of Sales and Marketing, Business Development, Professional Development and Conventions. He has been with NAR since 1995 and will be its 12th CEO since the association was founded in 1908.
In addition to his NAR roles, Goldberg is a senior vice president of REALTOR® University, where he oversees the graduate school staff, research center activities, curriculum development and budgets.
“Bob’s vision, business acumen and unique ability to successfully leverage NAR’s technology investments will ensure the organization’s members a promising future in real estate transactions. The NAR management team and I are confident that he will lead the association to future success, thanks to his extensive knowledge of the industry and his career based on the analysis of future opportunities.” —William E. Brown, NAR president.
