About 100 brokers and real estate professionals from various companies met at the open house of the LUMA development, located on Paseo de los Cocoteros in Nuevo Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit. The event took place within the facilities of the complex’s new sales offices and model unit, so attendees could see first-hand the project’s features and amenities.
LUMA offers units with two to five bedrooms. The master plan presents five towers of 10 levels, of which two are already fully finished and sold. Marketing and construction of the remaining three is currently underway.
Among the development’s amenities are beach decks, palapa with bar and kitchen, outdoor Jacuzzis, three swimming pools (two of them heated), spa, gym with ocean view, Pilates and yoga room, concierge service, underground parking and storage, salon for events and access to the beach (the latter with an approximate length of 490 feet). In addition, it has access control and 24-hour surveillance. Residents’ privileges also include Paradise Village Social Membership.
