Harbor 171 Inaugurates Model Unit

Domus Fine Real Estate executives and real estate professionals received clients and colleagues from other real estate companies at the construction site of the Harbor 171 Ocean Front Residences condominium to celebrate the inauguration of the complex’s model unit and sales room. It is one of the largest projects the firm represents and has a very convenient location in the center of Banderas Bay, with very privileged views.

During the event, guests were able to get a first-hand look at the features and finishes each unit will have, as well as information about the amenities and financing plans available to acquire a property within the development.

Harbor 171 is located on Playa Camarones, in the Hotel Zone, a few minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta. It consists of two towers (Torre Norte and Torre Sur) that will house a total of 273 units, including studios, two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses. With Grupo Parsi overseeing the construction of the property, Santoscoy Arquitectos was responsible for the design. There are more than 15 plans and unit configurations, while the general amenities include a triple-height lobby, snack bar, beach terrace, infinity pool, gym, spa, business center, green areas, parking and fire pit.

Harbor 171 units range between about 650 and 2,590 square feet. While Torre Norte has seven to nine units per level and two penthouses on the 14th floor, Torre Sur has 11 units per level and four penthouses on the 14th floor.
