Briq.mx, one of the digital collective funding platforms in Mexico, in synergy with Grupo Guía and Tierra Armonía, is implementing the first real estate crowdfunding project in Guadalajara’s Americana neighborhood.
Real estate crowdfunding or collective funding in real estate is a plan where small, medium and large investors can put their money into real estate developments.
Fábrica Morelos is a residential and commercial development located in downtown Guadalajara. The project is being overseen by Perímetro Propiedades, which is part of Taller México, whose projects seek to protect the heritage of Guadalajara, creating links with the community and contributing to the city’s cultural life.
For this first project, all those wishing to be part of the rapid renewal the Americana neighborhood is experiencing will be able to participate by investing amounts from $5,000 pesos. In addition to contributing to the rehabilitation and conservation of real estate in the area, investors may obtain higher returns than they would with other instruments available in the market.
“We are very proud to expand and support the atmosphere of innovation of one of the fastest growing real estate markets in the country.” —Alberto Padilla Luengas, executive director of Briq.mx.
