Elengorn Realtors Presents Pavilion
CRAGSA is in charge of constructing this seven-story, 62-unit complex.
A few weeks ago, Elengorn Realtors along with CRAGSA Developments, a construction company, presented Pavilion, a new condominium that will be located in Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone, two blocks away from Los Muertos Beach. The project will feature 62 units, including studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments.
The firm Arquitectos y Asociados del Pacífico–headed by renowned architect Paulo Rojo–designed the project, which is currently under construction at the intersection of Ignacio L. Vallarta and Venustiano Carranza streets. Amenities include interior courtyard, fitness room, infinity lap pool, rooftop with lounge pool and relaxation area, BBQ area, elevator, private terraces, street-level commercial spaces, 24-hour security and underground parking.
Unit prices start at $116,440 USD and Elengorn Realtors is currently offering attractive payment plans. Pavilion units are expected to be delivered to owners in November 2017.
