Century 21 Ocean Realty Begins Operations

The international network of Century 21 real estate franchises has a new addition in Mexico, Century 21 Ocean Realty recently opening its office on Quilla street in Marina Vallarta. With this opening, the firm strengthens its presence in the Mexican Pacific and takes advantage of the real estate boom being experienced in the Banderas Bay region.

Century 21 is a real estate sales system established in 1971 and operates in 72 countries. It arrived in Mexico in 1989 and currently has more than 110 offices in 57 cities in the country, where more than 1,800 real estate consultants work. The owners and managers of these Century 21 franchises are part of the Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios (AMPI) (Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals), thus they adhere to the policies this organization promotes to ensure successful and secure transactions.

Being a franchise network, this system allows the exchange of information among the different locations in order to increase the prospects of success and client satisfaction.

Century 21 Ocean Realty is the eighth Century 21 franchise in Jalisco. In addition to Puerto Vallarta, the firm has representation in Guadalajara, Zapopan and Chapala.
