AMPI Presented Real Estate Courses
This past May, another edition of “Real Estate I” and “Real Estate II,” took place at Nayaram Hall in Puerto Vallarta’s Versalles neighborhood. This basic workshop is designed for all real estate professionals looking to improve their knowledge about the industry.
The workshop, approved and promoted by the Mexican Real Estate Professional Association (AMPI) Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit and Compostela chapter; covered topics such as the process of obtaining and commercializing exclusives, sales techniques and buyer services, a review of the federal maritime-terrestrial zone, and how to regularize land ownership.
According to Rafael Valdez Becerra, an AMPI certified and approved instructor, these workshops have been held since September 2008, providing techniques, tools and strategies to foster the professional development of real estate specialists in the region.
“Among other things, these workshops take place for attendees to become familiar with general concepts pertaining to the real estate industry, along with products, services and intermediation principles.
