The agreement will allow AMPI members to promote and sell properties listed by LENNAR in the United States. Through a press release, AMPI stated that training course title “How to sell properties in United States” will be available shortly, providing Mexican real estate professionals with supporting materials, including the Buyer’s International Guide.
In addition to this collaboration, AMPI recently established alliances with the National Sustainable Housing Council (CONAVIVES) and the National Association of Appraisal Units (ANUVAC), two organizations AMPI will be working with in order to encourage the establishment of sustainable communities, creating business opportunities.
Through the online platform U.S. Homeshowcase, LENNAR will offer AMPI members exclusive access to its development projects.
