With the objective of training and adding to the professionalization of the entire value chain of the real estate sector, the 28th edition of the Foro Inmobiliario AMPI Guadalajara 2019 (AMPI Guadalajara 2019 Real Estate Forum) will be held on September 20, 2019, at the Conjunto Santander de Artes Escénicas.
Óscar Reyes, president of AMPI Guadalajara, reported that the meeting will feature important specialists who will address topics such as the use of technology, economy and finance, marketing, urban planning and the environment, in addition to a panel talking about smart cities.
“We are striving for people to learn different things in a training and networking space. Economic perspectives will be discussed both locally and globally and, of course, on issues of modern architectural design.”
Among the specialists who will give prominence to this meeting are investor Marcos Dantus, general director of Airbnb Mexico Angel Terral, the firm Multiburó and Mexican businessman Julio Lozoya, among others.
For this edition, approximately 1,300 attendees are expected, among them architects, appraisers, developers, real estate agents and students from different universities.
In addition, the second edition of the AMPI Award will be held, recognizing the best developer, the best real estate company and the best young entrepreneur in the sector.
“We want the members to be prepared, since we, as advisors, have in our hands the patrimony of families, as well as the business and investment of the developers and businessmen who rely on our companies to carry out the sales of their projects.” —Óscar Reyes, president of AMPI Guadalajara.
